COVE HAIRLAB DEEP CLEANSE THERAPY (REVIEW)

Healthy long hair starts with a healthy scalp.

As you may all know, I really love my long hair and I would love to keep it long until I grow old. However, with my long hair and almost monthly touch ups (coz my hair is bleached and coloured), my scalp isn’t as healthy as I would like it to be.

Being totally honest, I often neglect my scalp, so when Sample Store invited me to experience Cove Hairlab  Deep Cleanse Scalp Therapy, I was really excited! Cove Hairlab (by Cove Aesthetics) has doctor-designed hair and scalp treatments to combat hair loss, regain hair strength and defy grey hair. I am so thankful to Amber (Scalp Expert) for enlightening me with regards to my scalp and for sharing a lot of tips on how I can keep my scalp healthy.

Cove Hairlab has a very relaxing ambience. Doesn't really feel clinic-y at all and the staffs are all nice and friendly.

So lately I've been seeing a lot of white stuff on my head, which I thought was dandruff (was thinking of changing my shampoo) but when Amber saw it on the scalp scanner, it was actually dead skin on my scalp causing blockage to the roots of my hair.

There were also some signs of scalp dryness.

After and Before
(Look at all the white stuff on the right)

Firstly, they deep cleansed my scalp with an Oxyjet Spray to get rid of all the dead skin cells. After which, they let my scalp sit for about 15 minutes with some hair mask on.

Next, they washed the mask off with their doctor-designed shampoo which left a cooling sensation.

After the shampoo, they added a serum to my scalp and massaged it in to help the scalp absorb the nutrients.

They ended off the treatment by blow drying my hair with a Dyson Hairdryer!

Overall, the treatment was so relaxing and I learned a lot about my hair and scalp! I feel so refreshed and my scalp feels happy too!
My scalp was in an OK state, but it is always good to know more about it and learn how to maintain it. Would highly recommend this treatment to everyone, especially those that have scalp issues that need addressing. Better to seek professional help before it is too late, as they would have advanced technology, like Stem Cell Therapy, to help you combat those issues that you can’t deal with at home.

OLD PHOTO OF ME

Let's take a look back on my past. (Dahil ang hindi lumingon sa pinanggalingan, hindi makakarating sa paroroonan. Chosssss) To begin, I was never pretty in my younger years. I have a lot of imperfections  and flaws. I grow up with 6 men that I copy what they’re wearing that whenever I go out, people would think I’m a lesbian. I suffer from acne and thank goodness for the make up I can hide all my scars. Growing up in the province my skin is always dark even though I don’t go out side. Me at 5 years old with my mom Hello tweety bird Hahaha When I was young I have a lot of lice and wound my scalp that they cut my hair short. During high school play I'm so thin and dark. Hahahaha High school friends with thinny me WHO'S THAT? Hahaha I really like wearing my brothers clothes coz it's very comfortable.  College days WHAT ARE YOU LOOKING AT? HAHAHA I DON'T KNOW YOU. College is not a phase where I can wear girly stuff because...

LOOKBOOK 1: TOPSHOP BLACK DRESS

OOTD (Cute and classy office attire) I really prefer wearing dress in the office or even going out, for me its just so easy to wear. No mix and match needed. The only thing to consider is the shoes, but you can never go wrong with black shoes. Hahaha This dress is from TOPSHOP. I really like it because the fabric is stretchable, thus making it comfortable to wear.  The design is pretty plain actually, it just black and white square but afar it have this kind of illusion in the eyes. My accessories are just my rings  and simple earrings. Wearing my oh-so favourite black shoes with laces from PAZZION. Hopefully you can see it here that the design is black and white square. Hahaha So this is me feeling like a model. Hmmm (pwede na ba?)   Did you like my outfit? Do you have any suggestions regarding this post? Share your thoughts in the comment box below! BATA INSOLIA (“Walk Further, Walk Taller”)

High heels for me is indeed a beauty lift. It changes woman's mood and attitude. It empowers them in a way. But high heels are pleasure with pain. When you first wear them, you feel like you can conquer the world, but as the hour passed, you feel like you just wanna throw it.  Good thing brand Bata introduces its latest Bata Insolia collection for March. As a brand that understands comfort, Thomas A. Bata identified the need to improve Bata’s high-heel value proposition. With the support of the Bata innovation lab, the team then identified the best available technology to boost the comfort of high-heeled shoes: Insolia. Insolia’s design has appeared in the scholarly publication Biomechanics and has even received the American Podiatric Medical Association seal of approval. The weight shift solution of the Insolia Heels Product fundamentally changes the inside of high heel shoes. Insolia Heels shifts weight off the ball of the foot back to the heel, placing the foo...
