HOW I LOSE 5kg IN 100 DAYS

HOW I LOSE 5kg IN 100 DAYS

Hi guys! So last Feb my colleague and I started this biggest loser/gainer contest. At first I’m actually skeptical about it coz I don’t think I can lose any weight anymore and I really don’t like losing money (Hahaha). The bet in our contest is 30sgd or 1070php. (And I think that’s a lot!) But due to my colleagues convictions but I’d rather say bullying i joined.

I’m actually very competitive person and I really did my best to win. And guess what? I won! Chaching

Back to our topic I can say that I didn’t starve myself to lose weight and I didn’t do any extreme exercises. So what did I eat and what did I do? Keep on reading...

WHAT DID I EAT?
Have you heard of the saying, ‘During breakfast eat like a king, lunch eat like a prince and dinner like a pauper’. Ganyan ang ginawa ko.

BREAKFAST
I always eat heavy breakfast. 1/2 cup of rice and any ulam na may sabaw like tinola, nilaga, sinigang etc. And with fruits yan like pineapple, guava, apple, grapes, orange, kiwi, etc.

LUNCH
1/2 cup of rice ulit with the tirang ulam nung breakfast

DINNER
Night time I actually just eat fruits or buko juice. And make sure you eat dinner before 8pm. Tapos tulog na agad. I actually sleep 9pm.

WHAT NOT TO EAT!!!
1. Processed foods - canned goods
2. Fast foods - French fries, burger, etc (pagkain sa labas)
3. Fried foods - don't eat anything fried
4. Sugary foods - candies, chocolates, soft drinks
5. Junk foods - chips/CHICHIRYA

WHAT DID I DO?

Exercise at least once or twice a week. Or do the 10,000 steps everyday.

Pagnag-gigym ako, papawis lang talaga. Mga 30-45 mins lang. And also avoid stressing!

This is my current weight na! šŸ˜Š

Hope this help you in any way! Please leave a comment below if you have question or suggestion!

10 Things I learned From being an OFW

10 THINGS I LEARNED BY BEING AN OFW Arrival at SIN I've been an OFW for almost 2 years already and I can say I've learned a lot about life and about myself. What I want for the future and for my family. Without further a do lets get to it. 1. INDEPENDENCE - Going abroad you are basically always on your own. I've learned to cook for myself, decide for myself. Think things for myself without depending on anyone's opinion. Coz way back in the Philippines I'd still have to consider my brother's opinion or my relative's opinion, stuff like that. 2. OPEN MINDED - I become more willing to consider new ideas. Being in a foreign country open a whole lot of new opportunities, and it makes me see things differently. 3. POSITIVE/OPTIMISTIC - Hmmm how to put it, see when I started working abroad, at first it's pretty scary coz everything is new, but later when I already get used to it, I've adjusted myself it gives me a lot of confidence and certain...
